Bizfred Denmark is a web-based marketplace that connects homeowners and businesses with trusted local service providers across Denmark. The platform allows professionals to register, showcase their skills, manage bookings, and grow their businesses, while customers can easily find, compare, and hire service providers for their needs. The platform supports a wide range of services including painting, gardening, plumbing, electrical work, pet care, home cleaning, repairs, moving assistance, and many more. Similar to Upwork, ServiceHub creates a seamless connection between customers seeking services and professionals offering them, all within a secure and user-friendly environment.
DESIGNING METHOD
The platform was crafted around simplicity and trust. Service providers can showcase their expertise through detailed profiles, while customers can quickly find the right professional using location-based search and smart filtering. Every interaction was designed to reduce friction, making the hiring process feel effortless from discovery to booking.
I crafted a cohesive UI/UX and branding system that establishes trust, professionalism, and ease of use across the platform. The design combines a clean visual hierarchy, intuitive user flows, and a scalable component library to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and service providers. A modern color palette, clear typography, and thoughtfully designed interactions create a recognizable brand identity while improving usability, making it effortless for users to discover services, manage bookings, and connect with trusted local professionals.

HOME A personalized dashboard that provides quick access to featured services, recent activities, job opportunities, and important platform updates. SEARCH JOB Browse and discover available service requests using category, location, budget, and service-specific filters to find relevant opportunities. JOB REQUESTS Manage incoming and submitted job requests, track their status, review details, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently. MESSAGE A real-time communication hub that enables seamless conversations between customers and service providers for discussing project requirements and updates. REVIEW & RATINGS View customer feedback, monitor performance ratings, and build credibility through transparent reviews that help establish trust within the platform. FUND WITHDRAWAL Access earnings, review transaction history, and securely withdraw available funds through supported payment methods. PROFILE Showcase professional information, skills, services, portfolio work, certifications, and experience to attract potential customers. SETTINGS Customize account preferences, privacy controls, payment settings, language options, and notification preferences. NOTIFICATIONS Stay updated with booking requests, new messages, payment updates, reviews, and other important platform activities.
